If you are offended by the site, simply don't visit it. The web is full of sick and discusting things. You could also e-mail their host. I'm not sure if what they are doing is against the law though. Some hosts are very understanding and will help you out if the site is doing something wrong, some hosts will completely ignore you if the site does not break any laws. Hacking will not make it go away, believe me. RIAA gets hacked about 6 times a year, but that doesn't make them go away ;)

If he says something illegal, report him. If he says something offensive, tell him how you feel. If you live in Topeka and happen to be in front of the man in traffic, drive reaaallly realllllllllyy sloooooooow just to piss him off.
But don't break the law. Don't rally a hack-a-thon (that so far has proven impotent). Your intentions may be good, you may have meant to effect an attack for the greater good. But what do you think his website is doing? He believes that it's his charter to tell the world about the word of god. He believes that if he tells enough people, someone will listen.
