CIA makes "Acoustic Kitty" to spy for them

dc.metblogs.com — In an operation known as "Acoustic Kitty," the CIA trained a cat, then surgically inserted an antenna inside its tail while inside its chest they installed a power-source and a microphone. There seem to be two links (one a PDF), so I posted it from the blog I found it on.
