    CFH FFM and Nerd nation (maybe Wired for Sex?) are all coming back in a block at 11am on August 29... Though G4 hasn't offered a press release so the time will probably change or already has.

Now with Leo, and kevin rose, and Paatrick Norton prmised to come on episodes(listen to latest Twit, or i think it was KFI radio with Leo)/ and Leo even said it is going to be like the Old ScreenSavers. This is the reason im getting a directtv reciever in my room today(well parents aldready have service downstairs (^_^)

  • jccalhoun, on 10/12/2007, -0/+01. this is from G4TechTV CANADA, which is owned by different people than G4 in the USA. G4 USA has NO creative control on the show. So those worrying about G4 killing it are worrying about nothing.

    2. Aaahhhh!!! My eyes! My eyes! the site is ugly! Too garish and bright. Reminds me of the show intro when Cat was on the show with Leo. I hated that look.

  • JetGuy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0OK. So TechTV Canada never quite go over the entire slate of programming they licensed from Vulcan being incinerated by Comcast, and kept CFH going as Canadian Content, Eh?

    What did it take to get G4tv to adopt the show? Is G4Tech Canada giving it to them for free? Isn't G4 still afraid of having anyone over the age of 16 on screen? Has Hell frozen over? I would figure when you buy then destroy a franchise you would just move on and not admit your mistakes.

    Yes that is indeed odd. G4Tech TV Canada is owned by G4 Media, Rogers and Shaw cable. I think that CFH may be the only Canadian show on the Net. When they first started the Channel I think they fired a number of TechTV folks and replaced them with Canadian nationals so they could claim that most of the shows were "Canadian".

    That is not screen savers... It has nothing to do with what screen savers was.. I don't ever recall pre-G4 screen savers having some lame band playing in the middle of the show. Or being 90% Game content. It was mostly tech and computer related problems and fixes. You don't see one iota of that in this new crap..

  • LaBelette, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I live in Canada, and G4TechTV in Canada already had Call for Help. We also have 'Attack of the show', the former The Screen Saver, and believe me, this show is l4m3. And I mean *l4m3*, not only lame.
    I miss TSS in the brief, but nice time of Kevin Rose, Alex Albrecht (sorry for misspelling the name), Yoshi and a Sarah Lane that did not have that attitude she now have... and that Hillary Duff haircut...
