- NoodleGuy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Sometimes I wonder why people feel the need to comment on articles when all they are saying is "I didn't read the article... This topic isn't interesting to me.... I have an unfulfilled need to see my own words get buried..."

Many small sites (including buyindie.net) are deploying it to save people the hassle of remembering yet another username and password.
- marshallk, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1That they will open up to incoming OpenID authentication in November is a surprise to me, and their support for APML and oAuth! I thought this was a pretty big deal, in fact.
- thbt, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1Wow, one more website implements OpenID. How is this front-page news?
- marshallk, on 10/10/2007, -3/+3If only there was some easy way to find out! Maybe if there was an acronym for it even, perhaps one that starts with an R then a T then an F...
- marc2242, on 10/10/2007, -2/+2It's not really a big surprise.
- mojaam, on 10/10/2007, -2/+1I love bloglines and don't care much about openID, but I wish I have time to keep up with the 700 feeds I have up there.
- FredFredrickson, on 10/10/2007, -3/+2This might affect me more if I knew what Bloglines and OpenID are.
- lewhich, on 10/10/2007, -5/+2how come I don't care?
