Bits: Time Warner: Download Too Much and You Might Pay $30 a Movie
bits.blogs.nytimes.com — Time Warner Cable plans to test a new price plan that would limit how much customers can download. Those who go over the limits might end up paying $4 to $30 to watch a high-definition movie.

- WaRdRivR, on 01/18/2008, -0/+2WTF. Another hash mark for those relentless MPAA lobbyists. Why are they insistent upon tiering the internet with asterisks, fine print, and rate hikes? This battle against bandwidth is just a larger war of attrition against Net Neutrality where only the consumer gets screwed on the opposite end and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it but pay by the fist full. I can't stand it!
