- rydawg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Actually, waterfall makes more sense, but the idea is still cool
- rewritable, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It would be even better if it was linked to the actual article.
- blee456, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1shouldn't the title be "Shower as Billboard". Makes more sense.
- frontwing, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Supercool. I guess the image must scroll downwards as the droplets fall. I want to see a video clip!
- MrPhelps, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Saw it in an art exhibit in Paris ... really awesome.
- t.toe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1personally, I don't WANT commercials broadcast in my face when I wake up and shower. I love the fact that almost no one can reach you when you're in the shower. I don't want that change.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I saw this thing in action a at a trade show. Very cool.
At first I was convinced that the image was somehow being projected onto the water. Impressive resolution for a picture made of water. - nick53, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1sweet
- jdavid, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1i wonder what happends when you combine that with a set of lasers
- dpk87, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0They had something like this at centennial park during the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. Except it was very tall, 25-50 ft? And people could walk under it. It was for a beer company, Bud or something, I dont remeber to well.

Bad idea. It is already officially written never to dupe, which is as it should be. Digg is for tech news. By definition, a dupe cannot be news. Therefore, never dupe. Easy concept. - mentor972, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Was on diggnation already. No digg.
- Sell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0way cool. I'll take 3 of em thanx.
- conedude13, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0It was cool the first time I saw it. RERUN! No digg, but yes comment.
- darkvad0r, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0dupe +1 ;)
- badnewsblair, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Haven't we seen this before? Like a long time ago?
- lickmygiggle, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Stop digging this. It has been on Diggnation. If you claim it’s new to you, then go watch episode 9 of diggnation. it won’t be new to you anymore, and we that have been here for a while don’t have to deal with such an obvious dupe.
- Snyder, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Episode 9, to be exact. http://revision3.com/diggnation/2005-08-25/
http://digg.com/technology/The_Water_Display - masterzora, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0A dupe on Digg is bad enough. If it's been on Diggnation, that's just egregious.
Report['duplicate story']++ - Nathaner, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Crazy Awes
- jtibble, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Already submitted once, but still a really neat idea. If you could get it firing down (not falling) and could illumnate it a 30 fps, you could watch tv from falling water!
- zelig, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Reallllly cooooooool.
- fudgebrown, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0interesting and dugg
- Snyder, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Maybe digg.com should make an office rule that there can only be duplcated after, I don't know, 6 months? a year? more? Obviously this rule will be broken, but if it is writen somewhere as an official guideline, at least the digg community will know when to click the "old new" button.
- TheROK, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0awwwwwsome!
- p2btech, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0They had this kind of thing at the Jeep Exibit at the Detroit Auto Show, it was really cool and drew a lot of peoples attention.
- Snyder, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0This was on diggnation.
- KYDS3K, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0what are they advertising in that first image? "KRACK"? is this a new tool for dealers to advertise with? "nah, officer, i was just waterin' my petunias!"
- Snyder, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0p.s. if you all think that's a good idea, go sumbit it as a suggestion to the digg.com team.
- DewayneSmith, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1First time I've seen it so get the sand out of your vaginas.
