- inactive, on 09/04/2008, -0/+6This legislature, as is, I cannot see passing. Michael Geist, among others, have done a great job at outlining basically all the major problems with it.
Hopefully the upcoming election will kill this bill dead. I appreciate the fact that Canada's lobby groups who have influence tend to be the ones who aren't in the pocket of the media corps. Too bad the States set such an ugly precedent, particularly with the DMCA.
