  • geekme, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Digg et al are good sources of traffic, but they serve a different purpose to search engines. There are social search engines (that is search engines where users rank the results as opposed to an algorithm) an example is http://www.tallstreet.com/ they have advantages over search engines especially when answering subjective queries e.g. view the best social network http://www.tallstreet.com/view/Social_Network/
