I have a feeling if I had a lot more friends, and those friends actually did things, and were also geeks, it could be very fun. But as it stands, for me, its sort of like casting tweets into a bottomless pit. No one sees them, and nothing I get back is worth looking at.

Twitter is a great place to connect with other people in your field of work and see what they're up to and interesting articles theyve read so you can learn a lot in that way. I also find out about a lot of events that I wouldn't have otherwise.
