Oh, and another POW is that of p2p technology providers', which could be prosecuted for aiding copyright infringement. Well, I hope this law won't be passed or the p2p development will have to be moved to Australia again.....
- mindwar23, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0Unlikely to effect P2P, since the statute will still require that criminal infringement be for financial gain. I doubt the courts will choose to sink into the mire that the RIAA has gotten itself into.
