Just keep on collecting more and more evidence - records of phone calls, exucutive names, numbers, payment details, screenshots, videos (if possible). I suggest you go in and file a lawsuit against Tata. I don't say we, but I am with you. My email id is apoorvkhatreja@gmail.com. I am currently studying the Ankur Raheja case with Sify, and I wil give my full support to you, both mentally and physically.
