- sockpuppets, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Instead of posting that here you could have just emailed both of pownce's users. Of course if both of them knew about email then they wouldn't need pownce, would they? :P
- WestonP, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2*sigh* I miss the days when almost all apps were native code, and programmers not only knew what native code is, but also knew how to optimize it. Nowadays we just have layer upon layer of bloatware, requiring people to endlessly upgrade their hardware, often just so that they can use the Internet and basic office applications.
- mkeefe, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1The new version of AIR requires the developers to update the code.. afterall it is beta. That being said you can have multiple installed in right click start them.
- smaragd, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1If you didn't already have Pownce's AIR application installed, don't bother for now. The new version of AIR has broken the Pownce installer.
- ServerHosting, on 10/10/2007, -1/+0The Air is okay. But heavy pricing for Flash media Servers leaves us with, yes with what.... with WOWZA. Verinet in Denmark (my workingplace) has better answers and thats wowza, it really is. I am installing both and may say that there is a big bandwidth/user problem with media server which is non existing in wowza. And then woza is 80% less than Adobe Media Server or Adobe Communication Server price. The directlink is: http://www.verinet.dk/videostreaming.htm - i Am Steen from Verinet.
