multichannel.com — Patent trolls hope to profit from DOCSIS & Digital TV to the tune of $90M+ per year. The firm, Rembrandt IP Management, is seeking to collect half of 1% of all revenue generated from services that allegedly infringe on the data and video patents. They are suing Comcast, Time Warner, Charter, Cox, Cablevision, ABC, CBS, NBC Universal and Fox.
