For people who know how to use the command line, this will load a lot faster:

Maybe spell check the email, and if you continuously get "words" that have no letters/vowels, and the spelling errors have no suggestions (suggested fixes), then you probably have some spam.

There's a difference between Arial ASCII art and traditional fixed-width ASCII art, y'know.
