  • plastix, on 08/26/2008, -0/+1My dell laptop came with vista, i was pretty excited until the internet explorer kept crashing and all applications would take forever to load. Starting up and shutting the comp down took 5 minutes and the security features were way too much. Also, the computer came so loaded with useless applications my hard drive was full.

    The best thing I ever did was reformat my comp and put XP on it. Now this computer actually feels as fast as it's supposed to be. And somehow I have 65 gigs free whereas before I had 3. Vista is the devil.
