Here's a real one: YouSendIt.com. When you have files you have to send that are too big for email, you go here, fill out an email-like form (recipient, subject, etc.) and "attach" your file (aka, upload it to YouSendIt's servers). The person on the other end then gets an email from YouSendIt, with a link inside to download your "attached" file. The effect is it works just like regular email, but you can send huge files that you couldn't otherwise send. The little things that help you remember stuff is also extremely useful. The method for remembering the key signature for every key is the most useful IMO.
