- d00by, on 05/13/2009, -2/+23I was unaware that I had more than one life.
- nepidae, on 05/14/2009, -0/+9I signed up for Second Life about a year ago. Back then, my life was so great I literally wanted a second one. Absolutely everything was the same... except I could fly.
- kahoona1, on 05/14/2009, -0/+5And got to meet this guy.

NSFW - JLSigman, on 05/14/2009, -0/+4I have to agree, there was really nothing useful in the sites they showed.
- gtrob, on 05/14/2009, -0/+4Live mesh is going to change my life. For the better.
- MarkusX, on 05/13/2009, -0/+3Pict.com may answer my prayers and Oldversion, although not a new one (what a pun :)), is always a cool ressource for past favorite apps.
- zip000, on 05/14/2009, -0/+3I've tried several of the free PDF-> Word conversion tools, and based on a quick test, the one mentioned in this article, is the best I've used. Most of them that I've tried alter the document in unusable ways.
- jibajaba, on 05/13/2009, -0/+2Nice list, there were a few there I hadnt seen before. Live Mesh is pretty cool.
- q00u, on 05/15/2009, -0/+1'Your' can be plural. That is, everyone reading this. "Lives" is not incorrect.
That said, this isn't a very useful list anyway. - Novalight, on 05/14/2009, -0/+1What links? There were no URLs in the article. You have to Google them to find them.
- captdonno, on 05/14/2009, -0/+1ok, i have to admit, speedtile looks very cool. the addition of live-updating of the actual thumbnail is awesome as well. i always enjoy these lists of useful websites, saves a few headaches sometimes:)
- jessy1984, on 05/14/2009, -0/+1Useful links, really they are truly helpful
- MindTrigger, on 05/14/2009, -0/+1I've use Mesh for a while now and I really love it. It's really nice to get into my various computers from wherever I am. I don't use their Mesh Desktop thing yet because I haven't found a use for it, but the remote terminal and folder syncing features are great.
- gtrob, on 05/14/2009, -1/+2I would like to amend my previous comment. Live mesh is useless and invasive and I wish I didn't try it out.
- Carefullystaken, on 05/14/2009, -0/+1Get dropbox for syncing files across computers. I love it.
http://www.getdropbox.com/tour#1 - beermad, on 05/15/2009, -0/+1When a site uses a redundant plural like "softwares", you just KNOW they have no idea what they're talking about.
- xtarburst, on 05/16/2009, -0/+1Thank you, didn't know about Tracer.
- BongWaterSmells, on 05/14/2009, -0/+1I want to add 10minutemail.com to that list and the bugmenot.com plugin for firefox <3
- hmunkey, on 05/15/2009, -0/+1Ehh, Smashing Apps is characterized by terrible grammar and weak grasp of English. However, it has some insightful content so it's worth reading, just ignore the bad writing.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think the writers aren't native English speakers. - MindTrigger, on 05/14/2009, -0/+1How is it invasive? It sits there and does nothing unless you use it.
- Ffiigg, on 05/15/2009, -0/+1Each app's title is a link to it's homepage.
- onlineclock, on 05/14/2009, -2/+2Points off for not mentioning us [greed] !
- kdoig, on 05/14/2009, -1/+1Yeah, because no one uses Windows right?
- chamorro, on 05/14/2009, -2/+2those sites suck
- inactive, on 05/14/2009, -1/+1Thanks for sharing this with us..I'll check it if it works for me.
- markf3388, on 05/14/2009, -3/+1By easier do they mean harder, If you know what i mean!!!
- fandyllic, on 05/14/2009, -4/+1Buried for being too Windows biased.
