jpl.nasa.gov — How does the team target a landing spot on Mars (a moving target) over the 420 million miles away? It is very similar to the sport of archery, but imagine standing on earth and hitting a target on Mars and you have to get a bulls eye and your arrow is a 250 ton spacecraft, this video explains it.
