- ScottMcIntyre, on 10/28/2008, -3/+20An unusual collection of images. # 3, of Saturn's moon Mimas, really does look like the Death Star in Star Wars. I wonder if George Lucas used it as inspiration?
- 69sofine, on 10/28/2008, -0/+11Dugg for penis cloud.
- Kale27, on 10/28/2008, -0/+9Thats no moon.. Oh wait yeah it is.

- sonar1, on 10/28/2008, -0/+5fear the galactic penis(image2)
- Shaidown, on 10/28/2008, -0/+5No one knew the moon looked like that when the concept of the Death Star came about
which makes Mimas even cooler - suckanucka, on 10/28/2008, -3/+7I'm so thankful that God created these hidden details in our 6,000 year old universe.
- d2002, on 10/28/2008, -1/+5Spectacular.
- UselessTrivia, on 10/28/2008, -0/+3These crap low-res images should not have required a click-through. In fact all clickthrough galleries should be banned from digg.
Support laziness. - sternomastoid, on 10/28/2008, -0/+3'Galactic Ghoul' - really spooky...

- spencercb, on 10/28/2008, -0/+3dugg because my mouse was closer to the thumbs up than the thumbs down....
- novalux, on 10/28/2008, -0/+2Unlike Slashdot, there's no clarification here. +1 Funny, not +1 Religious TRUTH! :P
- Chjoma10, on 10/29/2008, -0/+1Dugg/replied for having the eye/mind to use the term "penis cloud"
- Brii, on 10/28/2008, -0/+1Have you been touched? Space has.
- boardthis, on 10/28/2008, -1/+2lame and low res. did not impress.

- BineySyndrome, on 10/29/2008, -0/+1Dugg for his noodley appendages.
I would have really liked to see the Horsehead nebula in that list though. That thing looks spooky as hell--an offer the universe can't refuse.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horsehead_Nebula - theworldisflat, on 10/28/2008, -0/+1That's no moon, that's a..... well.... nevermind, yeah it's a moon.
- SDGrimshaw, on 10/28/2008, -0/+1Real spine tingling.
- dreamlayers, on 10/28/2008, -0/+1Regarding the pictures which resemble stuff, meh. I used to find some space pictures like quasars and highly unstable stars spooky, I guess because of the unknown and the high energies involved. I spent a bit of time looking at the gamma ray burst image, and it became more and more spooky.
- SirKilledAlot55, on 10/29/2008, -0/+1what about the Witch Head nebula?

- Eurynom0s, on 10/28/2008, -0/+0Picture 2 looks like a low-grade drawing of a penis and balls. Somebody obviously had no better Halloween content they could come up with.
The only one that looks like what they're saying it does is Mimas, the FSM one kinda-sorta does though. - Ziemianin, on 10/29/2008, -0/+0Cosmic death ray!? (5 of 5)
It looks like something from Star Trek tos. - FastZ, on 10/28/2008, -1/+1I like the red one.
- goskateboarding, on 10/28/2008, -0/+0Not spooky.
- AmyVernon, on 10/28/2008, -2/+2Truly creepy, yet gorgeous, images.
- MCA2142, on 10/28/2008, -2/+1The most terrifying one of all:
