- MacGyver2210, on 12/12/2007, -1/+7We can't afford almost $1Billion per day in Afghaniraqiranistan. This is actually a worthwhile use of our nation's money.
- jeremyfohferemy, on 12/12/2007, -0/+5orbital tug job
- MrFisty, on 12/12/2007, -1/+5I bet the space tug is piloted by Zapp Brannigan.

- 1tb0y, on 12/14/2007, -0/+2What happens when it hits a spaceberg?
- rbanffy, on 12/12/2007, -0/+1I never quite got the idea of making freeware and accepting paypal donations. Why not just make the whole thing open-source, keep accepting paypal donations and work with others to improve the software (or to port it to other OSs than Windows)?
- vulapine, on 12/12/2007, -0/+1I thought it was a euphemism for some act of self abuse.
I was greatly disappointed. - JQP123, on 12/12/2007, -0/+1"This is actually a worthwhile use of our nation's money."
Why? Because you say so?
If the space station were to simply be shut down, what would we lose ... other than pride and prestige?
If this is really a "worthwhile use of our nation's money", how come noone can identify any tangible benefits from it? And before you bring up the old, vague, general, non-specific argument regarding scientific research, let me just point out that most of the "research" being done on the space station involves studying people in space ... which noone has ever identified any tangible need for either. - MacGyver2210, on 12/12/2007, -1/+1This reminds me of the "x-ships" you can pilot in the freeware 'Orbiter' program.

- lolo2007, on 02/01/2008, -0/+0Remember when you did the woonshot
And Ponny Treeper lid the way
We'd move to the Canaveral moonstop
And every night would dance and sway
We got music in our solar system
We're space trucking round the stars

Well we had a lot of luck on Venus
We always have a ball on Mars
We're meeting all the groovy people
We've rocked the Milky way so far
We danced around the Borealice
We're space trucking round the stars
2 times :
Come on, come on, come on,
Let's go space trucking
Remember when you did the woonshot
And Ponny Treeper lid the way
We'd move to the Canaveral moonstop
And every night would dance and sway
We got music in our solar system
We're space trucking round the stars
2 times :
Come on, come on, come on,
Let's go space trucking
The fireball that we rooled was moving
And now we got the new machine
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, the treaks said,
Man those cats can really sing"
They got music in their solar systems
They're rocked around the Milky way
They danced around the Borealice
They're space trucking every day
Many times :
Come on, come on, come on,
Let's go space trucking - Dokument, on 12/12/2007, -3/+1caution: for orbital use only
