- j0phus, on 11/10/2009, -0/+1Many of these photos resemble organic structures. One looks like onion cells, one looks like a cross section of the skin where you can see all the cutaneous layers, another one looks EXACTLY like mitosis.
I personally find it odd that this isn't a huge deal. I've only seen 2 other people mention this, including you. Apply these similarities to the concept of fractals and you are talking about a scientific breakthrough. Sincerely. It would be like the human race became self aware.
If you took several of these photos to anyone with microbiology experience and didn't tell them they were photos of mars, they would tell you they were microscopic photos of organic material. - geoman2k, on 11/08/2009, -0/+1Thou art God.

-scratch that, if you click on the "more" links you get a buttload of extra image data like 1 pixel = 25 centimeters (I assume that is for the full res version)
