It was an advertisement for BlueStor Extender, which is just a damn storage device. Last time I checked, hardrives don't fix video.

"At last, that 1948 show" was excellent, but unfortunatley John Cleese only managed to save part of it when he found out what they were doing. I would have loved to have seen him chew them out, I'll bet it was hilarious.
They also erased a large number of old Doctor Who episodes. They really didn't have a clue about the value of preserving these tapes.

- CivicTV, on 08/14/2009, -0/+1The after conversion was a video camera pointed at a television screen that was showing the raw feed. This was a very simple way to convert the signal for public broadcast since they were unable to show the pure SSTV because of compatiability issues.
