- Stormwern, on 08/25/2008, -0/+23Houston, we had a slight weapons malfunction, but uh... everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here now, thank you. How are you?
- Pointman323, on 08/25/2008, -0/+21dont feel bad...i once went to a planet hollywood and they had a DH-17 blaster labled as an E-11 blaster...i told them and got a free keychain...

- copypastry, on 08/25/2008, -0/+3Great shot kid... that was one in a million!
- mactrix, on 08/25/2008, -1/+4Dugg for Star Wars in the title.
- inactive, on 08/25/2008, -0/+3eggs = Mork & Mindy
- majordanger, on 08/25/2008, -0/+2Those white wings are some kind of low grade heat radiators. It's not clear to me what the 500+ sensors each wing seems to be is covered with actually do. Possibly vibration sensor for ground based launch simulations that will be remove before the actual launch.
I guess what we need here is a real rocket scientist. - steviesteveo, on 08/25/2008, -0/+2When I read that it looked like a star wars space ship, I had great hopes that it was look like the Death Star. I'm gutted it doesn't.
- elnerdo, on 08/25/2008, -0/+2Not really. Most sci-fi representations don't make sense. For example, a lot of sci-fi spaceships have wings and aerodynamic shapes. Space ships don't need wings or aerodynamic shapes.
- Destroytoy, on 08/25/2008, -0/+2It was inevitable that space ships would start looking like Sci-Fie representations.
- marc123, on 08/25/2008, -1/+3that is ***** class. i consider myself a proud EU citizen for the first time in my life. What this pseudo-state really needs is big collaboration project to build an X-wing inspired fleet of shuttles. I would happily part with my taxes for such a project it would definitely help me forget the exorbidant amount of British taxes going to redundant french farmers to pay for them to sit on their arses eating long lunches whilst mocking us silly Brits who have to rush our food in 30mins at Macdonald's because we are too busy working hard.
- YouAreNumber6, on 08/25/2008, -0/+2Great greebling, could use some more weathering though.
- Shootfast, on 08/25/2008, -0/+2You sir are a champion.
- nblsavage, on 08/25/2008, -0/+2Wow, I didn't know "Comic Book Guy" posted on Digg! It's a pleasure to meet you!
- DeFex, on 08/25/2008, -0/+2They could have at least made the star trek rip off a bit less obvious and called them neutron torpedoes or something.
- NJank, on 08/25/2008, -1/+3you're still buying into that myth i see.
Here we are hurling through space on a molten rock at sixty-seven thousand miles an hour and the only thing that keeps us from flying out of our shoes is our misplaced faith in gravity. - Hodor, on 08/25/2008, -0/+2wookiepedia?! awesome.
- aerion, on 08/25/2008, -0/+2Hahaha, that was my first thought when I saw the photo!

- niczar, on 08/25/2008, -0/+1It just needs a proton pump inhibitor!

- dhughes, on 08/25/2008, -0/+1 Don't you love it when you see an aerodynmaic space ships, or even better ones with wings?
The best sci-fi movie/TV space ship, 'best' as in good design, has to be the Borg cube ship, makes the most sense. No banking in turns, no wings, very sensible...except for the sounds it makes. - BXRWXR, on 08/25/2008, -1/+2That's what Star Wars needs. More ships and scfi-fi and less pseudo sword & sorcery *****.
The Clone Wars sucked. That a bit line in a movie can be extrapolated out into 3 craptastic movies and an 'animated adventure' on the subject is a testament to the weakness of the series and the gullibility and immaturity of its fan base. - Phearce, on 08/25/2008, -0/+1Define "mixed metaphor"
- crgnetworks, on 08/26/2008, -0/+1Lets just throw some nexium at them!!!
