- supferrets, on 07/17/2009, -0/+24It's a good thing they were wearing heavy boots so they didn't float off into space.
- jdf718, on 07/17/2009, -0/+15which is why it the event is epic, even if the ship isn't. that they got to the moon and back in something like that - it's amazing
- MokaPot, on 07/17/2009, -0/+12Thanks, on behalf of the whole mankind.
- H4cksaw, on 07/17/2009, -1/+11Apparently neither did your English lessons.
- borez, on 07/17/2009, -0/+10I don't care what you say mate the Apollo moon landings never happened. The Saturn V was actually made of painted toilet rolls, the landing was filmed in a tray of used kitty litter and the astronauts all stayed in a Vegas casino so as not to be seen for the duration of the mission whilst being entertained by Elvis, and that's why Elvis was later shot ( ELIMINATED ) by the KGB.
- r0g3r, on 07/17/2009, -0/+8I love the way the LMs looked, and they were epic....the Apollo spacecraft stack was the pinnacle of human engineering to that point in history. Crack a book fool.
- S1ngular1ty1, on 07/17/2009, -0/+8The gold foil is there to reflect infrared radiation to keep the space craft cool. The actual skin is thicker.

- buddamus, on 07/17/2009, -0/+3100% pure WIN for the human race
- borez, on 07/17/2009, -1/+4Try watching: "From the earth to the moon" Part 5. Spider....then you'll get an idea as to why the Apollo Lunar Module ( or Grumman Lander) looked the way it did.
- lolwutpear, on 07/17/2009, -0/+3I like your style.

/s - whorunbartertwn, on 07/17/2009, -1/+1The space vessels albatrossSKY has designed have always looked different, that's why he speaks with authority on the subject.

- cobr@, on 07/18/2009, -2/+1how is it a win, cause we are ***** this planet up so we need to go ***** another one that is just the same as this one. to me is like we gave up as a human race, plus most of the human race feels that their race is better, isn't that a problem in itself? This is a lame attempt for the U.S government to make themselves better then the rest.
- Presbyterian, on 07/17/2009, -5/+4You mean being a highly successful artist.
