- magister, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Or you can just use the "nightly tester tools" extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=958) and click "Make all Compatable" in your extension list.
- supz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1nyud for those who can't get to it:
http://btcorp.dyndns.org.nyud.net:8090/Tools/FireFoxExtensions/FF_1.5_extensions/ - Ghostgum, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Nevermind, I figured out how to do it.
Changed minVersion in install.rdf to 1.5.0
and maxVersion to 1.6.0
It mostly works... only thing wrong is an odd button appearing in the address bar where the new RSS feed indicator goes now. No big deal though. - Ghostgum, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Anyone know how to version bump a theme to 1.5?
I tried to bump my favorite theme (Px Classic 1.0) to work with 1.5, but it just won't install. I've successfully version bumped the same theme a few times over the past year without a problem. No joy with 1.5 though. =/ - geeoye, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Good stuff!!!!!
- markmc, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I admit, I used one of these extensiosn to upgrade to 1.5. But, why do we trust this site?
- 4answer2, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Worst case scenario - security risk?
- ipodman715, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Slow site/note loading.
Anyone got a mirror? :P - mattduke, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I still want the new downthemall and unlinker
- supz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0And how can they claim to have my favorite firefox 1.x extension for 1.5, if they don't even have SwitchProxy Tool? No digg
- ipodman715, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0^ *not
- RubberbandLN6, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I am missing my themes, especially Abstract PC.
- Dycacian, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I had that odd button with my 1.5 RC3 I updated my Skin and it went away.
Dycacian - wilcohol, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'm only looking for Bookmark Synchronizer ~
- Dog_Paddle, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I found this yesterday, I just couldn't have lived without sessionsaver, good thing I found it before it got Dugg to hell
- JimXugle, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Poor home-based server :'(
- Rynoh, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0the page isn't loading... weird
- mcfo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0What's wrong with the Mozilla site to get your Firefox extensions? I wouldn't trust extensions from an unknown site.
- NoonienSoong, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0well some of these extensions have been succeded by better extensions that are still being developed/supported.
examples include:
Gmail Manager
CuteMenus 2 or CuteMenus - Crystal SVG
Tab Mix Plus - mauvehead, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Someone digged a dyndns.org site? Oh that poor person..
- mjar81, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0definitely down. looks like someone's home computer because of the "dyndns" address.
i digg it, but i can see it. I'd like to see the list. too bad there's not a mirror somewhere. i guess I'll check back in a few days when the computer has had time to recover. - ziffel, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Still waiting on the updated Roboform extension :-(
- felis, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0funny, the nightly tester tools extension is incompatible with 1.5
- shockme17, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0
webmailcompose needs to be updated for 1.5! - MLBudToo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"funny, the nightly tester tools extension is incompatible with 1.5"
You were saying? http://users.blueprintit.co.uk/~dave/web/firefox/buildid/nightly-0.7.9.10.xpi
And Webmail Compose for 1.5 can be found here: http://jedbrown.net/1.0/mozilla/extensions/ - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0wilcohol said "I'm only looking for Bookmark Synchronizer ~"

We don't. - SaintStryfe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I would kill for RiteofTounge to be updated - its infinitely better then that other spellchecker - so annoying I don't even use it.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0uh, i agree
ps- that digg extension sucks/is not compatible with 1.5 - mauvehead, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0So whats the risk here since these are not official links. Who can verify they aren't trojaned.
- joeyjojo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"I'm only looking for Bookmark Synchronizer ~"
Spurl.net - blay, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Think I'll just wait 'till everything I use is listed on the main site as updated. ;)

- motionblur, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Super Drag and Go is the be all end all of great extensions. I can't wait for it to be ported to FF 1.5.
- c.trinity, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Site's down.
::cries:: - diggnationdevon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Says it timed out after I click one of the extentions, no digg for now.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0ziffel said "Still waiting on the updated Roboform extension :-("
Mine works! I used Nightly Tester Tools. I remember when my Roboform wouldn't work. I about cried. It saves me so much time now.
http://ben1984.wordpress.com - gllen, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Anyone know of an extension (foxylicious) that works with 1.5 that can import bookmarks from del.icio.us?
- antiTRACE, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0If it's on the front page of digg, it MUST be safe, right!?!?!
- ColdChilli, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Just go to extensions and Click Find Updates!
It will check the authors site and will only upgrade if it is supported in 1.5. - ksgant, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Um...none of those are my favorites.
My favorites are first and foremost Google Toolbar. I can't even browse anymore without this. I tried Opera for like 10 minutes but no frickin way could I ever use it without Google Toolbar.
Adblock is another favorite
All-in-one gestures is another
Then BugMeNot and IE View round out the only extensions I have. All are 1.5 compatible. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0digg effect on the downloads :(
- w1f1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0if you "HAVE" to have a certain extension, then just go back to 1.0.7 till all the new extensions are out
- dan_cameron, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Here is the digg.
http://dancameron.org/archives/903/modify-firefox-15-to-work-with-all-extensions/ - dan_cameron, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0An easier way:
http://dancameron.org/archives/903/modify-firefox-15-to-work-with-all-extensions/ - alt3r360, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Dan Cameron's way is definitely easier
- alt3r360, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Fixed all my broken extensions by jacking the maxVersion to 1.5 in the install.rdp.

Firefox 1.5 breaks Digg toolbar 1.0.0.0 here's a quick workaround
1) uninstall the extension
2) download the extension again, this time by right clicking on the download link and saving the file to your hard disk.
3)rename the file extension from .xpi to .zip
4)open the file with winzip and edit the file install.rdf
5)Change maxVersion value to 1.5+
6)Save file and close zipfile renaming file back to xpi
7)doubleclick extension and install. - jakobjs, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0OMG
You guys really trust this site and the authors? This is a BIG SECURITY RISK, downloading from 3rd party sources! - theblackapple, on 10/12/2007, -4/+0Very nice, but as mentioned earlier the site is getting really slow. Will probably be down soon.
