- inactive, on 11/26/2008, -4/+12Oh Jesus, you must be new here.
Anyways, I'll start off: that's what she said - MyDiggIsBig, on 11/26/2008, -3/+11at least try to cover up your blatant advertising of this product on digg a little better.
- jbruin, on 11/25/2008, -3/+10My mom loves it :)
- ninjasays, on 11/26/2008, -1/+4she loved it last night, all night.
- maotx, on 11/26/2008, -0/+2This looks nice and kind of has the same feel as Listpic, though still a shame they don't have a mobile phone interface. Then again, not many search sites allow you to search for products from your mobile. Upcdeal is one of the better ones I've found, anyone know of any others?
- diggdatt, on 11/26/2008, -0/+2If they let me compare both sites, i'd digg this, because I've been looking for a site that does this well.
- madpainter, on 11/26/2008, -0/+2If this is as good as Listpic, the craiglist's program the Sit once had running, then I would give it a try based just on that experience. I thought Listpic was one of the greatest things to happen to Craigslist but CL shut it down, I think because it wasn't open source. I would buy more stuff on CL if Listpic was still available and I might buy more stuff on Amazon if this search program is easier, faster and provides actual pictures. Certainly worth a try.
And I don't have any problem with self promoting a good program on Digg. Better than some of the lolcat/palin/stupidpictures/toptenlists crap that seems to be dominating Digg every day. - ATL, on 06/20/2009, -1/+3just like workin' at McDonalds!
pictures please! don't need those stupid WORDS - LaGStAr, on 11/26/2008, -0/+2The blatant advertising. Try reading his comment.
- julieBi, on 11/26/2008, -1/+2This is quite cool, I don't know if I'll be able to work comfortably with this site (search engine), but it's good to have more ways to search the web.
Hope they will make it big, it's a great idea! - NoZb2k, on 11/26/2008, -2/+3And by "it", he means *****.
- piesforyou, on 11/26/2008, -0/+1bullseye
- csarak, on 11/26/2008, -0/+1Amazon.com has a lame interface when you are trying to find specific information about the item. It's not so bad for browsing but I wish I didn't have to sift through so much crappy, useless info. It's search interface though. Amazon.ca is like an older (read: better) version of the Amazon.com interface, where all the information you need is there, and there is much less information which you don't need.
eBay is as good as the people writing the entries are, but it works for me, because I find by clicking on well-worded titles I get well-mannered sellers who are easy to deal with if there's trouble. I don't get that out of pictures. It's a good idea but I can't see myself using it. - GeeksSpeakFont, on 11/25/2008, -7/+8that really helps simplify the process!
- mattmollysdad, on 11/26/2008, -1/+2very nice., just used it to find 20 yr. old glass frames that I wanted.
- nowhereelse, on 11/26/2008, -1/+2Clever. That guy must make a ***** load as an eBay affiliate.
- martynble, on 11/26/2008, -2/+2Very clever and unique
- alx359, on 11/26/2008, -1/+1Sorry, tried it but for me is just a bunch of glossy and distracting web2.0 effects; not enough meat for somebody really looking to be effective while shopping around for something. The ebay results with thumbnails relevant to my query, displaying sortable key info like price and S&H costs for my location is good enough for me.
Ah, and also don't try browsing this from a RDC session. - schizogony, on 11/26/2008, -1/+1It's too confusing for my feeble brain.
- dwalk165, on 12/02/2008, -0/+0First, I like the way users are looking out for users; someone obviously had this tech before everyone else and put the effort in to share for, im sure, little to no profit, the collaboration the net provides is priceless. Second, we're not gonna need store bought patches before long, soon we will have flawless web access thanks to our neighboors... i love it.
- xaxxon08, on 12/03/2008, -0/+0try this one out, the best on the web http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vAVy2mHkavI
- schizogony, on 11/26/2008, -2/+1All three replies buried for being predictable.
And of course I'll get buried the most. - inactive, on 11/26/2008, -2/+1Thousands of words can be summarized with one single picture. Great tools. Thanks for the article.
- inactive, on 11/26/2008, -3/+0its weired
- SteelFrog, on 11/26/2008, -5/+2It seems like a useful tool/service, and it's free. What are you complaining about?
- ryes540, on 11/25/2008, -11/+3Good to hear that your mom loves it :) Thank you so much for writing about PicClick here:
