- StevenWalling, on 07/06/2009, -0/+11Twittruth: revealing that it only takes me an average of 30 seconds to reply to a message.
God, that's depressing. - JolieODell, on 07/06/2009, -0/+11It said I'm engaging but don't always reply to DMs... Heh. Between email, voicemail, texts, Twitter, Facebook, and the 20-frikkin-million other ways people try to get in touch with me, I think I do alright.
- dougcoleman, on 07/06/2009, -0/+8Well, there is no data available for my Twitter account on Twittruth, but I can tell you I rock the twitter for real, bro. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you it has changed my life. I do Tweet about eating lunch or rant about ***** once in a while, but mostly I am a very worthwhile and useful twit (*****?) to follow. I am online constantly so I come across LOTS of neat things. I like to rub elbows with some of the smartest, funniest and most ambitious people on the Web and soak I that ***** up like a sponge.
Here's what I do: I share interesting things I come across and read, I reply with award-winning sarcasm to things I find odd or funny, I Retweet good causes/smart tweets like a motherf***er and often become a part of some interesting conversations. My Tweets also go to Facebook, so my non-Twitter-using friends can get in on the action a little bit. I get almost as many responses on FB as Twitter. I'm not as big of a #hashtag user as I should be, although I do use them when I tweet about events, etc. (#seriously). I would be interested to see what Twittruth has to say. Meanwhile you can follow me @dougcoleman and see for yourself. - diggic, on 07/07/2009, -0/+4Hm interesting web app, but then if we base people by RT's DM's etc ...do we really use twitter based on who people are or what they provide? I follow numerouse tech aggregating twitter profiles , they don't retweet or DM. They just provide me with the news :)
- dougcoleman, on 07/06/2009, -0/+3Ok, here it is...http://twittruth.com/?id=dougcoleman I'm not quite the Twitter badass as I thought, but still respectable.
- dougcoleman, on 07/06/2009, -0/+3oh crap, I have you beat w/ .09 min. That is kind of depressing, huh?
- MtheoryX, on 07/07/2009, -0/+2At that point, aren't you using it as more of an RSS news reader instead of a social application?
- SirPopper, on 07/07/2009, -0/+2There is also a transparency from which everybody who is interested in social media can learn.
I like also your thoughts That twitter accounts: "just provide me with the news :)"
Gr8! - dukeeeey, on 07/07/2009, -2/+2twitter is big brother, it wants you to fill out every aspect of your lives
