They both escentially do the same thing, but PriceProtectr has charts, looks nicer, and lets you create an account to manage everything. (It's not my site BTW... I just use it a lot)

http://www.dealscans.com is another useful site. It's different because it scans items at Amazon looking for price changes from the last time it was scanned.
