  • buddyfarr, on 09/15/2008, -0/+0Excellent product. The exchange health section is very nice. I have been testing it for a while now. I have not put it in production yet because of one lacking feature. Sub-menus on the user portal page.

    For example if the user chooses that the request is software related the next menu should filter for only software issues, office, outlook, etc. The main issue is that we have 4 affiliate companies that make up our corporation. If a user chooses one affiliate then the next drop down should be department and should filter for departments only in that affiliate. One of our affiliates has close to 30 departments so I want to make this list as short as possible.
