browserden.co.uk — An article doing the rounds at Slashdot lists 9 reasons not to upgrade the Firefox 2. This rebuttal lists why most of these reasons are not valid and although not perfect Firefox 2 is an improvement over 1.5.

  • sparton, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This should be called 9 reasons not to use a Mac and Firefox 2.0. I've used it on both Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) and its awesome. Runs great, looks great etc etc
  • estvir, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Wow, those where weak it's basically anecdotal evidence + telling the original author to look the other way or use third-party things to improve / fix parts.
