  • talam, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Windows Media Player does not play DVDs unless you have a codec, so you are part wrong zoobster. But, like you said, that is easily remedied by the prepackaged crap that comes with the drive/PC.
  • Zoobster, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1You mean, like, Windows Media Player, which comes with the OS? Or, those DVD players that come with a DVD drive, or come packaged in a prepackaged PC? Or the many many downloads (MP Classic, VLC, etc) that handle DVDs?

    Why would anyone pay for what is already free from the start?
