- alpha213, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I downloaded the windows version from the site, but when i try and install it begins extracting, then gets to about 5% and an error comes up saying 7-zip data error. I redownloaded the file and i still have the same problem. Does anyone know whats wrong?

- avaugha4, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2my advice would be, in a 1.0+ situation, to not use the beta unless you actually plan on testing it for bugs.
If you just plan on using it, or dont have the time to test... please don't bother with this. - kevcart3, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Same problem here, maybe you should check bugzilla to see if the problem has been fixed, Instead of downloading the installer, I just downloaded the zipped file and put it into the Program Files folder, works fine now.
- DarkHack, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I had no problem with the download or unzipping it. Before I install it, I have to first remove the Mozilla Firefox 1.0.3, than I install the new Mozilla Firefox 1.0.4. After its fone, everything is running smoothly.
- mozTom, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This isn't updates, this is a nightly. There's a new build from the latest code every night, and as such, it isn't stable.
Oh, 1.0.4 is hella stable, I use 1.0+ (latest-trunk, not latest-aviary). I have found quite a few bugs in this, but this is 1.1 pre-alpha so I just report and squash bugs. I help. - DarkHack, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1One more thing, don't forget to report any bug or error.
