- G-RaZoR, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Looks good, I think Microsoft is starting to get some real good software products out now ;)
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0The cheapest place to get it is at ebuyer for $68, way cheaper than the $100 list price.

- amatasu_zero, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Looks like something i would actually go out and buy
- bobetr, on 11/27/2008, -0/+0they mentioned that with Microsoft office student it unlocks 'special features' what about small business?
- dementia, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This site is 404'ed....do we have a word for that....it's been dugg?
- Potato, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Good job, Microsoft. This has to be one of their better ideas.
- bobetr, on 11/27/2008, -0/+0it looks like a very good thing coming from microsoft. depending on how it helps i think it could be very good. nice find. ill definetly try and find out more baout it, and im anticipating its release.
- DannoHung, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Not something I'd have needed, but that's definitley a software package that I know a number of people that would be prime customers of.
- iamsojelin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This does seem pretty nifty, but being a college student i'll save my money and visit wikipedia. But the interface was pretty nice. chyaw! (i have no idea how to spell that sound that guy makes)
- doubias, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0The flash movie on their site made me want to drill a hole through me head a la Pi. The only remarkable thing I see in the software is the graphing calculator which would be better off as just a Longhorn standard app. The Encarta assistance and what I assume are Office wizards looked lame.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0For you college students looking for a much cheaper alternative, see http://digg.com/links/College_Students_Note-Taking_Software (includes mynoteIT addon for searching everybodys communal notes, backing up your notes, etc)
- daboy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0well, that's pretty cool. I especially like the whole graphing calculator function thing.
everything else is just Offive with more wizards, but these ones are actually usable. I'd get it. - TKDWILSON, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Flash doesn't work now.
ERic Wilson - SupaDawg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Looks good. Said it before, glad to see MS finally adressing customer needs. tis a great day indeed.
- h4lofourt33n, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Billy boy might just be allowing me to pass math next year...nice digg, I didn't know this exsisted. Cheers.
- gamerzworld, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0just get open office (www.openoffice.org) untill this thing in built on longhorn!
- ArchAngel21x, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I wish I had that when I was in grade school. Maybe this software will offset the poor quality education our kids receive in public schools.
- reaver, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0That flash was horrible by the way.
It looks like a waste to me. Not to mention, 100 dollars is way too much for any student on their own.
