- waydee, on 11/04/2009, -0/+9The DownloadHelper extension for Firefox can grab flash video from just about any site i've come across, very handy.
- jfaris, on 11/03/2009, -0/+9Sweet...now I can archive all of my friends' stupidity for posterity's sake.
- citizensARREST, on 11/04/2009, -1/+9'cause facebook vids are totally worth ripping...
- RealmDown, on 11/04/2009, -0/+5I use this also, very neat. I've not found a video that it couldn't download. It's especially handy for when I run across something cool on youtube that will probably be "removed for violations of copywrite, etc. etc. etc."
- RealmDown, on 11/04/2009, -1/+5cool story bro
- arthursk, on 11/04/2009, -1/+5Why would you ever need to rip a facebook video? are there really that many stalkers on digg?
- bigworm420, on 11/04/2009, -0/+3love it! been trying to do this for the longest time
- JudgeMonkey, on 11/04/2009, -0/+2Hmm, I actually JUST downloaded that addon because someone suggested it to download a livestream on demand item... neither it or replay media catcher seem to work in that case, a shame, but they do work for youtube, and having the extension always running instead of having to run RMC and refreshing the page is nice.
- diggdong, on 11/04/2009, -0/+2Does this work with a digitial video disc?
- Stoyanov, on 11/04/2009, -1/+3I have a couple of shortcuts, HQ and HD, added to the IE favorites bar, which are actually JavaScript, which when executed on a YouTube page will start downloading the original MP4/FLV stream.
You can check them at http://stoyanoff.info/upload/youtube-hd-hq.zip but chill--you can see the URL (JavaScript) from File Properties. - mindstyle1, on 11/03/2009, -1/+3does this also work for youtube?
- masterstghm, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1Why would I rip a Facebook video? The compression artifacts and trivial content are just not worth it.
- explodingzebras, on 11/04/2009, -0/+1i use the DownloadHelper Firefox plugin, gives you the choice of normal or HQ

Get Firefox plugin called NetVideoHunter. Downloads all movies, flash, avi, wmv, mp4, mov, etc and saves them to the extension of your choice. - muzza001, on 11/04/2009, -1/+2just get the video download helper add-on for firefox
