- ace5p1d0r, on 11/19/2008, -0/+3Very good. I've tried them all and this so far seems to be the best. I've just moved everything over from GMX Mail http://www.gmx.com/
- tawnos, on 11/20/2008, -0/+2I will stick to my gmail, but thank you.
- Barackalypse, on 11/20/2008, -0/+2What benefit does this have over Microsoft Office Sharepoint from project management/collaboration perspective?
- pklipp, on 11/19/2008, -0/+2Full disclosure: I own a software company that contributed to Zenbe development, Lunar Logic Polska. That said, my team's been using Zenbe for months both for email and for project collaboration and it rocks! We're very proud to be associated with the project and this is certainly one of those "scratch your own itch" projects that was done out of love by people who were not just building a better mousetrap, but creating the mail and collaboration tool that we've needed for a long time.
- zonovo, on 11/20/2008, -0/+2It works well, but I'm not gonna switch to it.
- isuisorisuaint, on 11/20/2008, -1/+2please stop trying to compete with gmail...you're not going to win.
- dialectical, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1The benefit is that it is not MS:) Not all shops are MS shops. Competition is good. Don't get me wrong Sharepoint is nice... real nice. But this has a social collaboration feel to it that many non MS users would love to use...
- talison, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1I'm a Zenbe Co-founder and just wanted to explain that you can continue using your Gmail account with Zenbe. We're kind of like a web-based POP client that allows you to do more with the email you already have. I guess in a sense you could say we compete with Gmail, but we tend to think we complement Gmail, much in the same way that Mozilla Thunderbird does.
So try us out with your existing email address - if you don't like what we have to offer you can always go back to your existing provider. - mrbad101, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1How do idiots like this not realize they are posting on the wrong topic?
- Barackalypse, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1It sounds a bit like Microsoft Office Sharepoint, but with more clutter, less features, and a stupid name (although, if I ever had to name a boy from Africa, Zenbe would be high on my list).
- ceruleandragon, on 11/19/2008, -2/+2Zenbe FTW!
- syariscrewz, on 06/20/2009, -0/+0nice . love it

- rauenzahner, on 11/21/2008, -1/+1I know I should be a bit careful in my reply, as I do work for Zenbe and have to put on my professional cap, but I think your attitude sucks.
Competition is the biggest driving force behind innovation. When the founders of Zenbe started up, they had an idea that email has become stagnant - that even Gmail, who had been such a pioneer when it launched in 04, has done not much since. You can't say this isn't true - the gmail interface I had in 04 is strikingly similar to the one I see today. They haven't even bothered to get rid of the 'beta'. After 4.5 years.
I joined Zenbe because these guys had some really brilliant ideas on where they wanted to take email. Zenbe has brought email back to life for me, taking it from some drab experience that I honestly never looked forward to, to this vibrant, mashable, network-packed playground. I constantly have Zenbe open in a tab now, and not just because I work there. Zenbe's one-window approach to organization has not only made me more organized, but it's also made a Twitter user out of me and it's helped me actually organize and follow my calendar (although to be honest, the iPhone helped that as well).
We might never "win" against Gmail, but it really refers to what context you are referring to. Will we be as big as them? Not likely, at least not for a long time. However, with the innovations we bring to email and networking / organization as a whole, well I think we blow away everyone else in that respect. We provide a fuller experience to the user, and that's where I think we win. - juliereader, on 02/08/2009, -0/+0I prefer Gmail without any client. And since there are many cases about the web sites that sells user data to advertising companies so I kinda not feel good to use ma passwords in those web things.
