I admit that after skimming them, it doesn't look like a direct violation, Google also seems to reserve the right to step in at any point. I'd wager that using most of your space for your own personal storage would qualify as abuse. Of course, I can't speak for them....

If want to store files, simply compose an email, attach your file, and save it as a draft. Your file is then accessible from any computer with a browser that can logon to gmail.
