- ronaldpoi, on 10/12/2007, -7/+31Windows users are unfortunate by default...
- tzon, on 10/12/2007, -2/+10Excellent point. This type of patch would be a perfect conduit to install malicious code on someone's system.
- sockpuppets, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7If you're going to copy my post at least include all of it.

Here is how to crack CS3 and get rid of the trial period:
1) Complete the installation as usual
2) Go to AdobeAdobe Photoshop CS3AMT
3) Delete the file called application.sif
4) Enjoy - jamacdonald, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Has worked so far. and nothing fishy in going on in the activity monitor. Give it a try, I haven't ran it with littlesnitch running, so i don't know if it's calling out to any other server or anything, but seems ok.
- tomatoenator, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6Tested and it works excellent. Just as it says!
- rubah, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3a fine 20% it is though.

http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=labs_photoshop - tomatoenator, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3just ran with littlesnitch and it showed nothing. Looks like the crack is legit.
- sych0, on 10/12/2007, -5/+6Soooo.... digg is now the arena to hock warez? (just to clarify)
- Samtherocker, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Yeh, it certainly could install malicious code. But somewhere along the line it has to ask you for your administrator password if it wants to do some real damage. You'd have to be crazy to freely give your admin password to something that performs a dogy task like this or something that was not requested.
- zarashi, on 11/03/2008, -0/+0just delete the .sif and it'll work??
- boetting, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0what version is this for? master suite etc....?
- javabeta, on 10/12/2007, -7/+6No windows edition>??
- seowebdesign, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I tried the patch u were asking but it works only for a month like 30 day trial :(
- sockpuppets, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2The windows "crack" was posted eariler. As for this "patch" it's *****, a patch is not required.
Just delete the following file and it's "cracked":
[your install directory, usually Applications]/Photoshop CS3/Adobe Photoshop CS3/Adobe Photoshop CS3.app/Contents/Resources/AMT/application.sif - Jayeveryday, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1wow gotta digg the warez
- Flump5000, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1really. you only get about 20% of all the features.
- jdowdell, on 10/12/2007, -17/+12I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't post such things, thanks.
(Why would anyone ever install executable code from someone who already admits to trying to put one over on others?)
jd/adobe - blachole, on 10/12/2007, -10/+3I was going to say the same thing.
- benitojuarez, on 10/12/2007, -11/+4I enjoy the benefits of piracy as much as anyone else but digg is not a place to post your warez.
- Lean, on 10/12/2007, -14/+5Any news on the fate of us unfortunate Windows users?
- CBTF, on 10/12/2007, -17/+5Ronald, if you're on a mac: enjoy the photoshop. It's the only thing you can use on one.
