johnboulder.co.uk — To some, diggs policies on spam seem excessive - particularly when a domain gets permanently banned due to being reported as spam when no spam could be found. I've set up a poll - do you think digg should change it's policy? If you do - vote there, if you dont, record your view as well - vote against. Just so everyones reading from the same sheet

    P.S. - Requiring e-mail address, 10 bucks says this guy sells your e-mail address. I used dodgeit cause I don't trust him.
  • johnboulder, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0You're welcome to supply false information - the email address is simply a requirement due to flooding of spam-related links through web bots, which is seriously annoying.

    Plus, 'this guy' is not selling that data - I'm completely against spamming in any form. the email addresses are not validated, but used as a means for controlling multiple posts (in addition to the minimisation of spammed posts).
