- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+26Ok, this is spam. This same person submitted the same thing 120 days ago.
Nice attempt at web 2.0..... with a background from 1995.. - crawfishsoul, on 10/12/2007, -1/+22jbhannah, macnewbold and brasto are all gaming digg. Look at their history. this is spam
- mercurysquad, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16mfratt, are you even in college? Which college? Good luck getting good grades man.. university is not high school.
- Tourney3p0, on 10/12/2007, -1/+13In the time it takes to submit your assignments through their crappy interface, you could have just finished the assignment.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11Worthless.
- JesusFaction, on 10/12/2007, -5/+12link to the actual site
http://www.gradefix.com/ - Tourney3p0, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Do you really think we should use a service where the owners or friends of the owners blatantly lie about the product?
- diggmeup, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6The major problem with these sites is that if the site goes down, then your grade goes down :(
- sscamatt, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5How about using a PDA, it does the same thing and you can carry it around with you. What a concept!
- sven007, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5I like "Due Yesterday". It runs on both the palm and computer, syncing up with the HotSync. I use it for all my assignments and haven't had a single problem yet.
- gotrex, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6In the free version we get "Number of tasks open" = 10. Is that sufficient?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Well really... to be technical... you could use excel. Or Google Calendar. Or...
This site is pointless. Most educational institutions have student extranets that tracks your schedule and balances, etc. It's easy enough to average up your test scores. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7If you go for a first degree you can also learn about how digg users aren't idiots, either.
- vikinghammer, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3A few weeks ago I wrote a somewhat related application that might be of interest to some of you who don't care about having software calculate how you should be spending your time, but instead want something to keep track of how you're ACTUALLY spending your time.
It's called the Time Manager, and you create tasks that you can start and stop at will. It then measures how long each task was active, and gives some stats on how you spend your time.
http://www.vikinghammer.com/timemanager
It's a work in progress, and there are a few bugs I'm still working on, but if you're interested then feel free to check it out. - Jrr6415sun, on 10/12/2007, -4/+7I tried it out.. but I don't like how it splits up my homeworks and readings into 45min intervals... I like to sit down and finish the specific homework in one sitting and I like to read the whole thing at once (usually a day before the class so it's still fresh in my mind). Oh well I guess this application really isn't for me.
- mercurysquad, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3What the hell? This is a pay-to-use service and doesn't even support time-zones, it's fixed at ONE time zone when even in the US you have 4 of them. I wonder how they have users in '30 different countries'...?
- froinlaven, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4So uh, Notecentric is free and can sort of remind you to do homework.
http://www.notecentric.com/ - firepowered, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I want that SchoolHouse prog for MAC but a Windows version.
- ziggystardust, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Can you stop submitting this OLD news.
- DoubtfulSalmon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Actually, it was right about at the bit where it said "$5 / month" that it lost me. Charging money for mindlessly simple stuff like this in this day and age... that's just wrong!
- DoubtfulSalmon, on 10/12/2007, -3/+5oops,modded you down, intended to digg your comment, sorry. Folks, downmod me, upmod parent
- samueldee, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I don't know what site these people went to ... oh well, I think most Digg users are probably not the best sample of people on the net. In fairness to usability this looks like a great product! DUGG!
- excidy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2http://csevpn.uvsc.edu/Tiratsuyan/gradefix.jpg
- gotrex, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1And this helps us how? Complain face to face that _you_ still have lousy grades?
- PerfektXj, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2http://mynoteit.com is also another similar useful one for students
- BenBenMan, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2But does it help you Remember The Milk?
Remember The Milk has most of the functionality, can alert you via MSN, Skype or Jabber, and has a nicer pricetag (or lack thereof ;) - steponsnyder, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I think this would be more fun to use if they converted it into a tool for your Google homepage.
- inactive, on 05/12/2008, -0/+0Heheh. Poor, transparent attempt at shilling your service (that you have to pay for) and trying to compete with better, free alternatives.
And like someone else said, if you're clever, you can spend a fraction of the time figuring out how to get away with not doing the homework. - KaneElson, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Anyone have any tips on a pocketpc app that has similar functionality ? I just got my first pocketpc last week so I am getting to terms with it.
I can use the built in tasks list and stuff ... but I was just wondering. - Sprules04, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1I'm druk
- zmigliozzi, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1um... iCal anyone?
- excidy, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0here is their office,,,

gradefix.jpg - chulium, on 10/12/2007, -5/+2Deseret News?
This digg entry made possible to you courtesy of... the Mormons!
Yeah, old site, old company, but heck... it doesn't matter. Cool stuff ;) - macnewbold, on 10/12/2007, -16/+5Let's see how long it takes effekz (spelling?) the founder of MyNoteIT.com to show up and start trash talking...
- mfratt, on 10/12/2007, -20/+9My solution is to just not do homework. Through high school, I probably did about 10-20% of my homework, and finished with a 3.5GPA.
- brasto1972, on 10/12/2007, -20/+7I did the same thing with spreadsheets all the time, but more for auto-calculating my final grade after each assignment received a grade. Great idea to turn it into a web tool for all to use!
If I go for a second masters degree or a doctorate, I'll know what website to use ;). - sontek, on 10/12/2007, -14/+1I love a good grade!
- jbhannah, on 10/12/2007, -20/+1This is the best student time-management tool I've ever tried. If you've ever felt completely overloaded with homework, this will be of great help to you.
