  • inactive, on 01/05/2009, -0/+1I like packing in rar so for me it's not an option, just another program doing the same thing winrar will do anyway for me if I installed it. I guess for a freebie though you cant complain, it does the job well. The only problem is the cry of what the hell is .7z if I sent that to my co-workers. So I'd be making zips.
  • svivian, on 01/04/2009, -0/+1I totally blind dugg this - but only because it's true. 7-Zip is way better than Winzip and Winrar (and has made the rar format obsolete, tbh). The only bad thing about it is it's Windows 95 icon.
