- Loyaleagle, on 12/19/2008, -5/+78Chrome's gone Gold! How counterintuitive...
- krekc, on 12/20/2008, -6/+63Adblock + and Mac version and youll have me.
- Eezyville, on 12/20/2008, -11/+548. Linux support
- TehJoe, on 12/20/2008, -7/+46You may as well just say "Switch to Firefox"...
- crushfan, on 12/20/2008, -1/+25That's two things.
- theOster, on 12/20/2008, -2/+26i haven't seen the flash problem.
- jonstewart24, on 12/20/2008, -1/+24I just wish Firefox would integrate the ability of dragging tabs into their own window. That's handy! Whenever I do it with Firefox it just makes shortcuts. Not as handy...
- NathanielJ, on 12/20/2008, -0/+21Options -> Under the Hood -> Privacy -> Uncheck "Help make Google Chrome better by automatically sending usage statistics and crash reports to Google"
- Sokkratez, on 12/20/2008, -6/+26Sounds like you need Opera.

...you were saying? - cloudberries, on 12/20/2008, -0/+16"There is no “View image properties” option in the right-click contextual menu. There is an “Inspect element” option, but it doesn’t really serve the same purpose as well."
Oddly enough I posted this in the Chrome discussion group as a feature request literally 5 minutes ago.
But even just with the superior javascript speed and memory usage over Firefox I'm liking Chrome immensely. - eldridgea, on 12/20/2008, -1/+17I would enjoy a Linux verion as well.
- Onion575, on 12/20/2008, -0/+15I like firefox, but whats wrong with competition between browsers?
They just might get me to switch if they add some good extensions. - flashcat7777, on 12/20/2008, -1/+16What I'm liking most about Chrome is how no matter what state my computer is in, when I launch the application it is ready to go within about a second. Also, for those of you who have 20+ tabs open, would it hurt to have a second window open? Chrome makes it drop-dead simple to move your tabs between Chrome windows, so you could even organize them into "work" and "play", or should I say "random *****" and "pr0n" (in incognito, no doubt).
- pitbull777, on 12/19/2008, -9/+23the flash problem really annoyed me...so i'm back to firefox
- sbluetruck, on 12/20/2008, -5/+19what about my Apple ][?
- KimNovak, on 12/20/2008, -0/+14Found this like 3-4 days ago , since then I'm using chrome and I love it!

- gimpsta, on 12/20/2008, -1/+14I'm pretty sure he was saying adblock plus.... First time on the internets?
- anonymous1986, on 12/20/2008, -2/+14The flash problem was solved quite a few builds ago, i haven't had chrome/flash plugin crash for me in around a month. The only flash related problem now is high-cpu usage on certain sites, though firefox too seems to have this problem.
- Phocion55, on 12/20/2008, -0/+11Firefox 3.1 beta has this feature. Yet, for some reason, it doesn't have the same "feel" to it. It seems like a tab always snaps out when I don't want it to, and it's difficult to re-dock.
- NinjaBull, on 12/20/2008, -1/+12me either
- Dublo7, on 12/20/2008, -8/+181) A practical and useable bookmarks menu.
2) Middle click auto scroll. - bsmang, on 12/20/2008, -4/+13Knew all I had to do was press CTRL+F and type "linux".
- Rekzai, on 12/20/2008, -3/+12"Recently I went away from Flock and made Chrome my primary browswer."
Flock? *exits* - Nicoon, on 12/20/2008, -2/+11I can see why the author wants spell checking built in.
- tonmil, on 12/20/2008, -1/+10Well said.
I too like how quickly Chrome launches. Firefox takes much longer. - crushfan, on 12/20/2008, -0/+8It used to freeze while loading flash videos but that happened when they first released the browser. Latest version doesn't have any issues with flash.
- cloudberries, on 12/20/2008, -1/+9Yep, hopefully you're right. I hope Chrome holds good on its promise to foster innovation in the other browsers. I await with glee, the day that Firefox implements multi-process tabs
- NathanielJ, on 12/20/2008, -1/+9What's wrong with the bookmarks menu?
- YourMaster, on 12/20/2008, -0/+8Why would that annoy you? That's probably its greatest technical advantage. Only the betas of the much-hated Internet Explorer has anything similar (and indeed, had it before Chrome came out).
- NinjaBull, on 12/20/2008, -0/+7Agree with middle click auto scroll
- Technoviking, on 12/20/2008, -6/+13Everything in this list plus mouse gestures. All I friggin' need.
- GraceHead, on 12/20/2008, -2/+9works good but not great.
... - benoitcsirois, on 12/20/2008, -13/+20If Chrome would implement all features that everyone is always talking about it would quickly become another bloatware, like the Mozilla browser suite for example. What's cool about Chrome is simplicity and I think it should stick to the basics. All other features that people want should be developped using what Chrome already supports: Canvas, Ajax, etc.
1- Freeware cannot mean Open Source.
2- Websites should support Chrome, not Chrome supporting websites that don't support chrome.
3- Yea ok for Flash.
4- How do you want Chrome to present 30 tabs to you? I don't see how it could do that anymore effectively.
5- Ok for extensions.
6- I like that Chrome is a browser and not an RSS feed reader.
7- Meh.. - svivian, on 12/20/2008, -0/+7Or Ctrl+Shift+T
- impedance101, on 12/20/2008, -2/+8i need 'undo closed tab' and a linux version
- NathanielJ, on 12/20/2008, -1/+7Go to the default homepage (that thing that pops up when you open a new blank tab).
There's a section at the bottom right labelled "Recently closed tabs." - Forbizzle, on 12/20/2008, -2/+8'Call them “Extensions” - not Add-ons, Plug-ins, Widgets, or Tools.'
First on the list of your concerns on support for add-ons is that they have to be named the way you want? - wonderbriefs, on 12/20/2008, -0/+6I don't know why you got dugg down for that. Google has Linux versions of Google Earth and Google Desktop. Their site even says that a Linux version of Chrome is on the way.
- benoitcsirois, on 12/20/2008, -1/+7And Linux plz, ok thanks bye.
- svivian, on 12/20/2008, -0/+5Problem is, you can't see all your tabs at once. Opera's tab switching popup menu (Ctrl+Tab or right click+scrollwheel) works the best IMO.
- postalblowfish7, on 12/20/2008, -0/+5chrome apparently.
- Clbull, on 12/20/2008, -1/+6What flash problem?
- YourMaster, on 12/20/2008, -1/+6I wouldn't say it's solved, because I've still seen it on an updated build, but I will agree that it is dramatically improved, to the point where it's kinda-usable on flash sites.
Still, flash is the bane of all browsers, really. - LeonidasStokely, on 12/20/2008, -1/+6This browser would be great on a Mac. From an aesthetic point of view as well as performance, I can't wait for this to get developed.
- inactive, on 12/20/2008, -0/+5gold google chrome ?
