- Myotis85, on 03/17/2009, -0/+34Incorrect Title. These are Facebook Desktop Applications.
- mtjohnson, on 03/17/2009, -0/+18Why do people use these 'desktop applications' for facebook, etc.? Isn't your web browser a desktop application?
- RumpleForeskin3, on 03/17/2009, -4/+19I like the application that makes Facebook just like Twitter.
Oh wait.. that's new Facebook... - snobrder218, on 03/17/2009, -1/+14How about facebook makes an application...or just an option...to have the user pick their own interface? I miss the old layout, everything new is crap to me and makes me want to use is less and less.
- rockstar1o9, on 03/17/2009, -0/+12I like Digsby
http://www.digsby.com/ - AudioLoveMagic, on 03/17/2009, -0/+9Is there an app that stops horrible memories from resurfacing?
- SarcasticOne, on 03/17/2009, -1/+8Facebook is a waste of time. Get back to work.
- dannyfreeman, on 03/17/2009, -0/+7you should join a facebook group to express your views about the new facebook

General Rule For Facebookers and Twitterers:
If people actually cared about keeping up with your life, they would actually keep up with your life. - Culyt, on 03/17/2009, -0/+5These are desktop applications rather than ones that run on Facebook.
- inactive, on 03/17/2009, -1/+5a billion and 20 *useless* applications.
- ATL, on 06/20/2009, -2/+6facebook plugin for pidgin
http://code.google.com/p/pidgin-facebookchat/ - matthewf01, on 03/17/2009, -1/+5I hate the ***** out of facebook, but...
there's a nice Picasa plug-in that will let you upload images into a Facebook album. - screwzluse, on 03/17/2009, -2/+5And that proves dot dot dot
- captaindigger, on 03/17/2009, -0/+3Facebook needs an app to keep them from raping you of your personal information.
- inactive, on 03/17/2009, -1/+4We should make a clock that instead of counts the deficit it counts the facebook waste of time apps being created and even calculates how many billion hours facebook has wasted while we are at it
- kevine, on 03/17/2009, -0/+2I hated FaceBook until I got the FaceBook app for the iPhone. I know that makes me sound like a ***** fanboy on two fronts, but hear me out...
What I hate about FaceBook...actually I hate lot of it, but one of the things I hate is that I don't have time for it. With the iPhone app, I find myself looking at updates from people while I'm standing in line, waiting for people, or driving 50mph in the fast lane (just kidding on the last one).
I think there are FaceBook apps for other mobile platforms, I just have the iPhone. All I'm saying is that if you're complaint is that you don't have time for it, try checking it out on your mobile device and see what you think. - chix0r, on 03/17/2009, -0/+2No, that would be annoying. If you really think people care about what music you are listening to just post it as your status on your instant messaging client. The most popular ones come with that option built right in.
- ultrafez, on 03/17/2009, -0/+2It's called alcohol. Kills all memories dead.
- CrystalisJ88, on 03/17/2009, -0/+2Just because your life sucks doesn't mean everyone else's does.
- ATL, on 06/20/2009, -0/+1have you tried it recently?
It works well for me, but does occasionally disconnect from facebook and have to reconnect - inactive, on 03/17/2009, -1/+2Do that have one that like, fixes my keyboard, it like keeps like randomly inserting the word like, like everywhere.
- seppuko, on 03/18/2009, -0/+1Fonebook is broken. Use OutSync
- nicolexue, on 03/18/2009, -0/+1I like the application of www.STDromance.com at facebok...
- sHockz, on 03/17/2009, -3/+4you beat me to it, ill give you +1 since all the little facebook ***** geeks will digg you down....
and ***** facebook - lukasm, on 03/18/2009, -0/+1If you're looking for a mac application to sync your address book, this is much better than the one they list:
http://danauclair.com/addressbooksync/
The app cnet recommends hasn't ben updated since 2007 and is extremely limited. - inactive, on 03/17/2009, -7/+8***** facebook.
- CuedUp, on 03/17/2009, -0/+1There's an app for that.
- froggertv, on 03/18/2009, -0/+1I liked the applications
- foofightrs777, on 03/17/2009, -0/+1...perhaps he just likes to...
excessively use line breaks...
...and ellipses? - jhandfield, on 03/18/2009, -0/+1A better title might be '20 applications to let you use Facebook without actually using Facebook..."
- sHockz, on 03/17/2009, -0/+1lolol. well put!
- findhostcoupons, on 03/22/2009, -0/+1Thanks for sharing these applications, I will try them later!
- cx0der, on 03/17/2009, -0/+1I guess there are far more jobless people than the ones on Facebook.
- DubiousDouche, on 03/17/2009, -2/+2More like: "20 More Facebook Applications to Block".
- BevansDesign, on 03/17/2009, -1/+1The only one on that list that I'm actually interested in is apparently experiencing a lot of traffic right now. Sigh.
I wish Facebook would store the apps on its own servers. There are too many great apps that are running on weak servers. - Tiler, on 03/17/2009, -2/+2I wonder if they have an app to stop people from digging Top N Lists.
- adnation, on 10/17/2009, -0/+0SecondLove, a Facebook application, connects you with singles on Facebook.
http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=15 ...
http://apps.facebook.com/secondlove/ - inactive, on 03/17/2009, -1/+1Well now it has a billion and 20
- agntdouble0sexy, on 03/17/2009, -0/+0...if everyone is there...
then why is it not fun?
...i dont get your reasoning. - ultrafez, on 03/17/2009, -1/+1Maybe people use Facebook or Twitter for the purpose of keeping up with other people's lives? Maybe those people who they can't phone or speak to in person?
- Boedhy, on 06/08/2009, -0/+0I Like It
- xsecretfiles, on 03/17/2009, -2/+1Hey Guys! Is there an app to sync your music library to facebook, so you wont have to type what you are listening to?
- ultrafez, on 03/17/2009, -4/+3Well, they involve Facebook and they are desktop applications (usually known as applications), so although the title is ambiguous it is not incorrect.
- CaptainJonald, on 03/17/2009, -1/+0The only thing I've ever found that I would consider 'useful' was a small java app that could download all photos in an album automatically.
http://www.vincentcheung.ca/facedown/ - sHockz, on 03/17/2009, -4/+3have they created a facebook app for deleting your facebook yet? ill be the first on that bandwagon
- inactive, on 03/18/2009, -1/+0Ha! You are one of those people, aren't you? Truth hurts. Sorry.
- tymme, on 03/17/2009, -2/+1Were you a fan of WeatherBug too?
I'd love Facebook chat support, but not to the point I'm installing/supporting a client that purposely installs multiple malware/adware programs by default. - CaptainJonald, on 03/17/2009, -1/+0I tried that, all it did was tell me via guifications that x amount of people had signed in/off facebook every 2 minutes (with a separate toaster pop up for each person), and would show me as offline on my msn account when I was online.
Uninstall. -
