I'm sure it is simply designed poorly, with menus overrunning their bounds and colors with insufficient contrast, and is not an accurate reflection of Concrete 5's capabilities, but if you're going to do a demo site, you really should make it look as nice as possible.

    I'm always reluctant to use software that may be open source in only a crippled way. Does anyone have any experience working with this?

    'community' version open source is the new shareware... and its deceptive marketing too.

    Aside from the poor English... does anyone know what a 'mashable PBX' is? It sounds delicious but I need to know if it can help me get things done too.

    Anything that's not Skype has to be good, right? Although it's probably not technically VOIP as I think that's Skype's proprietary protocol?
