U.S. Soccer's Charlie Davies injured in fatal car accident

sportingnews.com — USMNT striker Charlie Davies had surgery for non-life-threatening injuries after he was involved in a fatal one-car accident around 3:15 a.m. Tuesday in Arlington, Va. Davies was in stable condition Tuesday afternoon. Ashley J. Roberta, 22, of Phoenix, Md., died on the scene.
