- LordNecros, on 07/07/2009, -1/+46The goalkeep clearly had no idea he was being owned.
Absolute befuddlement. - twiztidsinz, on 07/07/2009, -0/+30***** Brazilian Mole People...
- inactive, on 07/07/2009, -0/+28:34 Watch this goal!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R5E34XzxrAM - missinglink, on 07/07/2009, -6/+30It may be the craziest Futsal goal I'll ever see, but that's mostly because it's the ONLY Futsal goal I'll ever see.
- medj, on 07/07/2009, -1/+24It's been done.
- durant0s, on 07/07/2009, -0/+20In underground Brazil there are some crazy things that take place on the pitch.
- fanblade, on 07/07/2009, -0/+17Brilliant goal!
Now let's see it 50 thousand more times... - m3arvk, on 07/07/2009, -0/+17Youtube futsal and you'll see plenty of amazing *****.
- passedoutghost, on 07/07/2009, -3/+20That video could have been 1 minute and 20 seconds shorter.
- thisisapen, on 07/07/2009, -0/+15http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-10EN5WS6VA
I thought it was going to be this clip, which is only slightly more impressive. But Falcao is making these defenders look downright foolish! - LordNecros, on 07/07/2009, -0/+11I really don't know why handball hasn't ever caught on.
I've always easily enjoyed it as much any other sport.. - thyagobr, on 07/07/2009, -0/+11Ahhh, our football...
...is what makes us forget for a few hours about our ***** up politics...
...well, that and Carnival :P - mathyou87, on 07/07/2009, -0/+11I've been trying to do that in FIFA for years...
- ManJackson, on 07/07/2009, -4/+15meh - that's not that hard to do. The timings pretty good, but the flick over the head is achievable by most half-decent players.
It's more a case of poor keeping that amazing striking. - ivantalboys, on 07/07/2009, -0/+11Cheeky *****.
- BlitzkrIg, on 07/07/2009, -1/+12what a badly written article.
I liked the shot, it was very well done. But the writer could use some work. - therealrico, on 07/07/2009, -0/+11Falcão is the best futsal player in the world bar none!
- manova, on 07/07/2009, -0/+11I don't remember that Simpson's episode.
- inactive, on 07/07/2009, -0/+10this is the craziest
- str1fe, on 07/07/2009, -1/+11That sport's called hockey. It's played on ice skates.
- Okina, on 07/07/2009, -0/+8Falcao is by far the best futsal player in the world.
I've seen better goals, though. - d3dm, on 07/07/2009, -2/+9Yep. It's called a "rainbow" and has been around for decades.
I did this when I played college ball back in the late 70s and it came over my shoulder a bit low and bounced off the keeper's face. My coach had me running extra laps at practice the following week. - getpumped87, on 07/07/2009, -0/+7he practically got kicked in the head...it might be full contact
- MrCrowley33, on 07/07/2009, -0/+7agreed, this is pretty average compared to some of the crap on there
- Hefelumpman, on 07/07/2009, -0/+6*Known as "Escape to Victory" outside north america
- thedivinelyevil, on 07/07/2009, -0/+6i've seen the rainbow trick over the goalie's head while playing with my friends! There are much trickier goals you can find on youtube. This is one of those shots that people who play pick-up football use all the time, but only few really attempt it on big games! And that's the only reason I'm impressed.
- e1ioan, on 07/07/2009, -1/+7Watch the movie "Victory" (1981) with Sylvester Stallone. You will see the same kick and goal on the big field.
In the same movie you'll see playing:
Pele
Bobby Moore
Osvaldo Ardiles
Paul Van Himst
Kazimierz Deyna
Hallvar Thoresen
Mike Summerbee
Co Prins
Russell Osman
John Wark
Søren Lindsted
Kevin O'Callaghan - dhjackburton, on 07/07/2009, -1/+7He's not calling *****. This is a rather standard trick, its just much harder to pull off at a full sprint on an official size soccer field. Most of the times I've seen this trick done is when you kick the ball off your heel and pop it over your head, not actually grab the ball with both feet.
The OP obviously doesn't watch much soccer, otherwise he wouldn't be so impressed (or compare it to Shaolin Soccer for that matter). - azizrulez, on 07/07/2009, -3/+9In Brazil,
Football plays you! - deejqu1k, on 07/07/2009, -0/+5Fancy Footwork
- kwilms, on 07/07/2009, -0/+5Very impressive!
- LinuxCobra, on 07/07/2009, -0/+5Futsal
- effingvic, on 07/07/2009, -0/+5Sick!
- bencefeher, on 07/07/2009, -12/+17What a clown ^
Futsal takes even more speed, explosive response, skill, and touch than when on a full sized pitch. Just because fat guys in spandex aren't groping each other doesn't mean you can't enjoy the intense skill required to play this game. These guys would run circles around you and make look like a fat fool. - scoottie, on 07/07/2009, -1/+5Seen that done many times
- inigomntoya, on 07/07/2009, -1/+5"Endor Foolsball"
- R3dRabbit, on 07/07/2009, -0/+4they prefer to be called humpalumpas
- fudsak, on 07/07/2009, -1/+5offsides? or is that not a rule in this league?
- vpshockwave, on 07/07/2009, -0/+4I love how the other dude just decked into the goal. I watched that more than the other guy.
- etx313, on 07/07/2009, -1/+5[citation needed]
- LordoftheDance, on 07/07/2009, -0/+4the commentator doesn't seem excited about it at all.
- zuiquan, on 07/07/2009, -0/+4That goalie should never be allowed to play soccer again. That was pitiful.
- BAM22, on 07/07/2009, -1/+4Goooooal!!!
- inigomntoya, on 07/07/2009, -0/+3MIDGET!
- bradysdaman, on 07/07/2009, -1/+4If you're gonna call *****, post a link to prove it.
- dmoney51, on 07/07/2009, -1/+4Dugg for mentioning Shaolin Soccer and making fun of Dan Snyder.
- zmigliozzi, on 07/08/2009, -0/+3Play to embarrass your opponent. That is how the game should be played.
- Okina, on 07/08/2009, -0/+2no, it's not.
- DzillA98, on 07/08/2009, -0/+2Falcao is tight, thats just one of his many amazing goals
- ihatediggcom, on 07/07/2009, -0/+2it's actually from the same angle. that's why we can't see the goalie get super pissed as described by the article.
