Fake, real, who gives a ***** - this is the best one. - adamsteinberg, on 11/05/2009, -0/+24The funniest part is that the keeper defended the goal.
- untitlednet, on 11/05/2009, -0/+21OOOOOOOOOLLLDDDDD FISH.. i love those things.
- jdyme1, on 11/05/2009, -0/+19Hilarious! They should let fans in all sports do that. Most of my teams could use the help!
- thethirdI, on 11/05/2009, -2/+19See, if that happened more often, I'd watch more soccer.
- clintonbaptiste, on 11/05/2009, -0/+12"We are not amused"

- verynegative, on 11/05/2009, -1/+12The first guy sucks at football.
- ertz, on 11/05/2009, -0/+9He was clearly offside...
- neilyn, on 11/05/2009, -1/+8not a bad volley really
- swagv, on 11/05/2009, -1/+8Oy. "past" != "passed"
*shakes head* - Schmidtopolis, on 11/05/2009, -0/+7I'd love to see someone try that in a hockey game.
- bnk1310, on 11/05/2009, -1/+8The commentator said "we are not amused".
Really, Sir Stifflesworth? I think you're lying through your thin lips. How can one NOT find that utterly amusing? It's frikkin' awesome, and you wish you had the gonads to do it. Not amused? More like.....ENVY. - riseinhell, on 11/05/2009, -0/+6You must live in Buffalo...
- TigerStar337, on 11/05/2009, -1/+7"We are not amused"...LOL
- Meocross, on 11/05/2009, -1/+6But nooo they want to uphold "Sportmanship" and all that Jazz that it becomes as boring as school.
- TigerStar337, on 11/05/2009, -3/+7Subby, it is not called Soccer...it is Football. Further, they play on the pitch, not a field. Clearly, you need to learn how to write proper English. ;-)
- LinuxCobra, on 11/05/2009, -1/+5I love it when the crowd gets into it as well.
- Table16, on 11/05/2009, -0/+4You have to admit that was one hell of a strike.
- clintonbaptiste, on 11/05/2009, -0/+4lol @ the Man United fans chanting: "Fergie, sign him up! Fergie, Fergie sign him up!"
- Fastmower, on 11/05/2009, -0/+3Thank you for that :D
- wozup, on 11/05/2009, -2/+5As a big soccer (football) fan and player I honestly don't care. This shouldn't be an issue...
- itc518, on 11/05/2009, -0/+3Some people on Digg need to find issues with everything.
- crossmr, on 11/05/2009, -0/+3brain cells, not cottage cheese, choose the right one to use before you make your next post.
- Praystation, on 11/06/2009, -0/+2Goaold fish?
GGGOOOOAAAATTTTTTT - mugrido, on 11/05/2009, -0/+2Really?, the ball comes from an unintended bounce. Maybe the referees got it right for once.
John Cleese explains it all here:
http://www.milkandcookies.com/link/134639/detail - redcard, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1Yes, you do.
It happens all the time in baseball. - redcard, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1Because where are they going to go?
The security guards on the field are meant to control crowd interactions in the stands if necessary. Once the guys crossed the lines, their goal is not to chase them down, but to wait until they get bored of whatever they're doing.
That's why in American sports, you see these people run all over the place, chasing these miscreants down, cheering all the while, all on FoxSports InsertNameHere. Then it gets shown on SportsCenter later.
In European sports, once its determined they don't mean any harm (and I assure you, if they did, they'd have been taken down), the goal is to maintain crowd control, get the miscreants off the field without spending too much energy, and then ban them for life from every soccer club in England. (And likely the whole of Europe.) And not to show them on TV. Which is why, you'll notice, they didn't pan aorund like some overjoyed american camera man focusing on streaker a trying to steal all the bases before fat security guard zed tackles him at home.
It's a giant rectangle surrounded by police. Where are they going to go? - s7rydr, on 11/05/2009, -2/+3dugg for head-first dive the guy takes at :09
- clintonbaptiste, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1Those two fans probably make a better strike partnership than Iain Hume and Jonathan Macken.
- Greg2k, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1They were right about it being for mature audiences. That scarred me for life.
/s - coolcole93, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo.
- urdade, on 11/08/2009, -0/+1The first guy is total garbage, where's your studs? Second with a beauty of a finish!!
Goalie... Sub! - fabkebab, on 11/06/2009, -0/+1Perhaps because they had seen this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aOxHKOhlyi0 - PunkRockGeoff, on 11/06/2009, -0/+1The Barnsley supporters put more balls in the net than the Barnsley side did!!! Glory, Glory, Man United!!!
- ertz, on 11/06/2009, -0/+1Doesn´t matter, he does participate in the end... The rule says "when the ball is kicked" not "when the ball is passed". So the first guy kicks the ball, it bounces on the goalkeeper and then the other player, who is offside, scores the goal. Therefore, he was clearly offside.
- clintonbaptiste, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1This happened at a Lakers game in the late 90s. A fan ran onto the court, grabbed the ball, then dunked on Shaq.
- SilverBack101, on 11/05/2009, -1/+2The snack that smiles back! :D
- crossmr, on 11/05/2009, -1/+1it happened at a hockey practice. Some fan leaped over the boards in full gear and took a couple shots on an NHL goalie.
- MatureWoman, on 11/06/2009, -0/+0I like nice GOAL!!!
- redux2redux, on 11/05/2009, -2/+1I wonder if any alcohol was involved?
- mdizz21, on 11/05/2009, -2/+1They should have dressed up in the teams full uniform.
- redcard, on 11/05/2009, -3/+2Hey, it was called soccer over in the UK too.
- hiopilot, on 11/05/2009, -2/+1I love all the security people with the bright yellow jackets are watching these guys, near feet from the player, just run around the field. There are 6 "Yellow Coat" security guards watching these guys. You have to assume there are another 6 on the other side. 12 guys did NOTHING. The one orange coat guy starts to walk out, but, as if in a scene from "A Field of Dreams", can't cross the white line. Letting the guys run around, dance, etc.
If you are paying for 13+ security guards withing 20m of the goal posts/players. Why are they not doing anything?!? - specineff13, on 11/05/2009, -5/+4the players are not amused? screw them...theyre payed enough as it is BY THE FANS.
