    Tell the scammers that the bank will not loan you the $100,00.00 you will need to claim and split your millions, because you don't have enough collateral.

    Tell the scammer you need $5000.00 to get 100,000.00. Tell him to wire the money to you Western Union or something. Just reverse the circumstances. If he doesn't *****'m, your rid of him, if he does, pat yourself on the back and enjoy your $$$.
