- pjkinann, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0I need to clarify that I don't know if he specifically OWNS Avidhosting.com, but he is definitely affiliated with it, and I would bet that he owns it because he personally called me and threatened me FROM the Avidhosting phone number AND my son called him back and asked for Ernesto (at the Avidhosting phone number) and Ernesto came to the phone and answered to Ernesto.
But 3rd party information says he got rid of all the employees and now runs it completely himself. That tells me, in my opinion, that the employees were too honest and he couldn't stand having "honesty" working at his company. So now "dishonesty" is in complete control.
UPDATE: he is suing ME for having avidhosting.org. But he obtains (without permission and unethically) my clients' domains phclassdetails.com and kbbfradio.com and then turns right around and PURCHASES phclassdetails.net and kbbfradio.net! And he thinks it's okay for him to purchase those domains as revenge toward me, but thinks I shouldn't have avidhosting.org as a WARNING to the public - and I don't make any money from the site, and I don't use it as competition for his hosting. It's merely to warn the public. And I do believe Free Speech is still part of the Constitution of the U.S. What country is he from?
He always uses other people to do things for him. What is wrong with these people that they allow themselves to be manipulated into criminal activities!
He puts domains in Tom Rogers and someone named Lopez.
