- computerjoe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It does. When you log-in, you are taken to an identity server which you choose (may it be your own, MyLid, MyOpenID, LJ or even TypeKey) where you must log-in with a password etc and sometimes specify if you trust the site.
- ceralor, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Open ID is an interesting concept, but at the same time worries me slightly. It's almost like having a Paypal login embedded in someone else's page. I'd rather it transfer me to some central OpenID login page, which could then tell the service, be it a blog or newspaper or whatever, to let me in using an API.
