    Still no access. Do you have an account with them? Can you log in?

    Their website is up (it always was) but the account access (you know...WHERE THE MONEY IS!!!) is still down.

  • mgb123, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0yeah, I'm back in too, just freaky to not be able to access 'your' money. I'm used to seeing a server or 2 or 12 go down. But the entire infrastructure that allows access to your money, including ATMs and customer service assistance...that's a bit more than just a server crash.

    doesn't seem as fault tolerant as I would expect.

    Bakedbean is right, I freaked (with good reason) because it's not hard to imagine a worst case scenario...

    its back up now, or it let me in eventually.
    it was giving me some kinda of logging in status at one point, then went back to just timing out.

  • mgb123, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0They didn't freeze my account. I was told specifically by a phone rep that all services were down. I called and was told this by a rep. ATM, online and their own access, all down.

    My point is, they're so big that what do you do if this were to be nation wide?
